ESG Strategy and Maturity Progression
We deploy the QOWOKONI ESG Maturity Assessment Framework to define baseline conditions and conduct current state analysis. Subsequently we engage Board, Senior Management and other stakeholders on ESG Maturity Targets that reflects company’s internal and external context. The final step in our advisory service is to support the progressive maturation to the desired level of ESG practice, risk management and value creation.
